The process
Wonder how we work?
At MARPRO we both work on advertised positions with mentioning of company name, advertised positions with no mentioning of company name and assignments that are completely below the radar.
At MARPRO we always do everything possible to streamline our processes to follow certain standards. But in the end of the day, we are an extended part of an external organisation that we cannot control. We aim to keep our candidates as well informed as possible during the process.
We usually present candidates for our client 3-4 weeks after starting up the assignment.
We always confirm a succesfull application.
If not chosen, you will receive a rejection.

Have you been contacted on LinkedIn or via email with a message that you have been shortlisted by MARPRO and wonder what this means?
Our recruitment consultants are pro-active in their approach, when they are hunting for talent, they are searching in internal and external databases, including LinkedIn, they usually search for specific competences, experience and education.
If your profile seems to match the requirements, you may receive a message that you could be a relevant candidate for this job. If you have received this message, and apply to the job, your chances for being invited to an interview and subsequently receiving a job offer is much higher than usual. These messages are never broadcasted to a broad audience. It is a relatively small group of hand-picked potential candidates that we address this way and you should take is as a compliment. You should also consider replying, at least with a “No thanks, I am not interested this time”, because if we contact you several times without a reply, we might refrain to send more messages, since we don´t want to be considered spammers.
A good relation to relevant recruiters is a good investment, even though you don´t think you need it now, you never know when the situation changes.
